Police have arrested and charged a man after he was accused of luring a Calgary woman into a life of prostitution in Victoria.

Jeremy Wayne Broecker, 31, who also goes by the name of Dominic Brooker, has been charged with one count each of procuring a person to become a prostitute, living off the avails of prostitution, extortion, and obstruction.
