Police are appealing to the public for help to identify a gravestone found on a property in Wheatland County.
A resident found the gravestone on their property on November 9, 2011 and called Gleichen RCMP.
Police recovered the gravestone which they say did not belong on the property.
The gravestone is etched with the name "Father Frank CRUMMY 1869-1952".
The RCMP has searched extensively but have been unable to find the original location of the gravestone.
Police are asking anyone with information about Father Frank CRUMMY or knowledge of where the gravestone belongs, to call the Gleichen RCMP at 403-734-3056 or call Crime Stoppers at 1-8000-222-TIPS (8477).
