A television crew from Norway is in Calgary to film an episode of its show which brings together celebrities and members of their extended families.

"Uncle America" brings together Norwegian celebrities and their distant relatives from across North America.

The show tracks down American and Canadian relatives of Norwegian celebrities.

Former Norwegian hip-hop artists, Thomas Gullestad and Esben Selvig, are shooting some of their new show here in Calgary.

They are introducing Rune Rudberg, Norway's premier country singer to his newly found, Calgary relative.
