Calgary police have released images of three people they want to talk to in connection with a murder last year.

On Saturday, November 27, 2010, at about 3:30 a.m., police responded to a report of shots fired inside a restaurant at 3709 26 Ave. N.E.

Dexter Stanley Stephen Bain, 36, the bartender in the restaurant, was shot and died later in hospital.

Police believe that three offenders entered the bar from the rear entrance and shot Bain.

On Tuesday, Crime Stoppers re-enacted the crime to encourage members of the public to come forward with information.

Police have now released photographs of three persons of interest to the investigation and believe that the men in the photos were in the area of the homicide at the time of the offence.

The first person is described as:

  • Black male
  • About 20 years old
  • 168 cm or 5'6" tall
  • 64 Kg or 140 pounds

The second person is described as:

  • Brown skin
  • About 20 years old
  • 183 cm or 6' tall
  • 64 Kg or 140 pounds
  • A hooked nose
  • Large hair

The third person is described as:

  • Aboriginal male
  • About 20 years old
  • 178 cm or 5'10" tall
  • 82 Kg or 180 pounds
  • A round face
