A busy downtown intersection will be closed for several hours after a Calgary Transit bus and an SUV crashed and knocked over an overhead light.
The crash happened just before 7 a.m. Thursday morning at the intersection of 4 St. and 11 Ave. S.E.
The bus pushed the SUV into an overhead light so Enmax was called in to help.
The driver of the SUV only sustained minor cuts in the crash.
Police will be looking at surveillance video on the bus to determine who caused the crash.
There is a chance that charges will be laid in the crash.
