Calgary Police are looking for a driver involved in a hit-and-run that injured a cyclist.

The collision occurred Friday night at approximately 10:00 p.m. at the intersection of Centre St. and 20th Ave. N.

Police say the cyclist was riding southbound, when the northbound pick up made a left-hand turn onto 20th Ave.

The cyclist, a 20-year-old man, was alert when he was loaded into the ambulance, where he was transported with serious but non-life threatening head injuries. He was not wearing a helmet.

A piece of the chrome plating from one of the pick up's mirror broke off.

Police are looking for the driver of a dark coloured GMC or Chevy pick up truck.
