Vandals expressed their opinion of a local radio station's controversial breast augmentation contest by tagging two pillars outside the station with graffiti.

Calgary's 90.3 AMP Radio is holding the "Breast Summer Ever Promotion" and will reward the winner with a $10,000 breast augmentation surgery on Wednesday.

The station's building, at 1110 Centre St. N., was painted up with a crude mock up of the Amp Radio logo and negative comments about the contest.

Amp's General Manager, Vinka Dobroja said "We are outraged by the insensitivity shown by a select few people who view their morals as so superior to the rest of us that they would embark on criminal activity in order to express their fringe views."

Dubroja also said that " While some people may find this contest to be in questionable taste, all of us have an obligation to be respectful of each other's views. It is ironic that those who are offended by our views would vandalize property to express theirs."

The contest called upon listeners to submit their story as to why they would like to receive the breast augmentation surgery.

The radio station says that they received hundreds of entries and that the reactions to the contest were wide ranging.

The winner will be announced on 90.3 AMP Radio at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 20.
