RCMP in Southern Alberta are asking for help with locating a woman who has not been heard from in three days.

Police say Marla Holdsworth left Strathmore on Wednesday morning on her way home to Winnipeg. Her family reported her missing on Friday.

The 40-year-old's 1999 Ford Expedition was found Friday in a remote area near Head-Smashed-In Buffalo Jump.

Police say the vehicle still contained all her personal items.

The RCMP dog unit was called in to search for her, but so far she has not been found.

Holdsworth was last seen wearing a long, silver winter jacket, jeans, and knee-high black suede boots. She is about 5'10" (178 cm) tall and weighs about 145 pounds (66 kg).

Her family says she wears her hair straight although it is naturally curly.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 or online.
