Calgary Police are investigating another possible food tampering incident.
The Calgary Herald reports pieces of glass were found in a loaf of bread bought at a grocery store in the southwest.
Police won't comment on the case.
It's not clear yet whether this is a case of tampering, accidental damage, or a manufacturing defect.
Police are investigating 16 cases of food tampering involving grocery chains in recent months.
However, they say some may be the work of copycats.
A $10-thousand reward has been offered by the Canadian Council of Grocery Distributors for information leading to charges.
