Police continue to investigate after a man was found dead in a southwest alley.
Officers were called to the 900 block between 42 Street and 43 Street around 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
They were responding to calls of a fight.
When police arrived, they found a dead man who is believed to be in his 40's.
Investigators say the man was involved in the fight with two young men.
Witnesses say the young men ran away from the scene before help arrived.
Weapons were found at the scene but police won't elaborate.
Investigators do not think the incident is random and are looking into whether or not it was drug related.
