Parents with children at the Alberta Children's Hospital are wondering when their kids will be getting the H1N1 shot.
Grant Weir's 12-year-old son has cystic fibrosis and is in hospital.
Weir has been told his son can't leave his room because of the odds of him contracting H1N1.
He's also been told his son can't get the vaccine because he's 12 and doesn't meet the current criteria.
"I believe with my whole heart that every child, no matter what they are suffering, are potentially at risk because they are susceptible to this virus and they all should get [the vaccine]," says Weir.
Health officials say hospitals are following the same protocols as the vaccination clinics and those rules will not be relaxed for anyone
