The province is investigating another incident at a southwest Calgary construction site.
A man and his wife were in their vehicle Monday morning when a crowbar crashed through the rear window.
The pair were driving under a walkway under construction at the Ovation condo site on 33 Street S.W. when they say a worker dropped the tool.
Last month, someone posted a video on You Tube about the same construction site.
In the video, a piece of plywood can be seeing flying off the building and crashing to the ground.
Intergulf Cidex, the company developing the site, refused to comment on Monday's incident.
Some residents are concerned for safety and want something more to be done about the problem.
This latest incident is now also under investigation but construction is being allowed to continue in the meantime.

Don
Charge the person with littering. At least he will get a fine and not waste a bunch of tax payers money in court, where there might not be any consequence.
