When you leave your vehicle in a long term parking lot you assume it's safe. But what if it's damaged while you're gone?

Colette Novicki left her car at Park2Go by the airport and says when she returned the front end was smashed so badly her hood buckled.

But the company claimed the damage was already there.

Novicki filed suit in small claims court and won a 15-hundred dollar judgment.

Park2Go manager George Garcia maintains the evidence is inconclusive.

He says Park2Go has since installed numerous cameras and scanning devices to ensure the condition of a vehicle is recorded when it's received.

Novicki says she shouldn't have had all this trouble.

She says" I understand accidents happen and perhaps someone ran into something and that I understand but don't tell me it didn't happen here just do what's required".
