29 year old Jamie Allen Dorey has been charged with one count of manslaughter in connection with the death of his two month old son.
Bryson Dorey-Fox was taken to the Alberta Children's Hospital August 1st from his home in the 100 block of 29 avenue northwest.
He died two days later.
Hospital staff was suspicious of the infant's injuries and called the Child Abuse Unit to investigate.
Last month police ruled the baby's death a homicide.
The cause of death was never revealed.
On Monday night police were questioning a man about the incident.
During the course of the investigation, police did not rule out the parents as suspects.
They also say the parents were not cooperating with police.
