Police are now investigating the death of a two-month-old baby as a homicide.

Bryson Dorey-Fox was taken to hospital August 1 from his home in the 100 block of 29 Avenue NW.

He died two days later.

Hospital staff were suspicious of his injuries and called the Child Abuse Unit to investigate.

Police have now classified the death a homicide but have not released the cause of death.

So far, no charges have been laid.

Investigators say they haven't ruled out any potential suspects yet and tell CTV they are looking for more cooperation from Bryson's parents.

Staff Sgt. Rick Tuza from the Calgary Police Homicide Unit says "the parents at this time have not been ruled out as suspects as well nobody else has been ruled out. We're talking to anybody...".
