Another wild horse was found shot to death in a remote, rugged area near Sundre over the weekend.

Doreen Henderson and her husband came across the dead animal when they were out taking pictures.

" We saw a hundred ravens flying and knew it was bad news, something was dead, so my husband walked over there with the dogs and confirmed to us that it was indeed a horse," said Henderson.

Henderson is the head of the Wild Horses of Alberta Society and she thinks the same person might be responsible for several other wild horse deaths. "We've found about 20, a little over 20 horses that were shot in that very same area which makes us believes it was the same shooter."

Sundre RCMP and Alberta Fish and Wildlife are investigating the shootings and the society has posted a $10,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in the case.
