Police say a woman found dead in a home on Sunday morning was murdered.
At around 5 a.m. on Sunday a man called police after he found the body of his on-again, off-again, girlfriend in his home.
When police arrived at the home, in the 6100 Block of 4 Avenue N.E., they discovered the woman was dead.
The woman was 24-year-old Sarah Nicole Rae and so far nobody has been charged in her death.
"At this point we want information about her whereabouts, what she was doing prior to her death. Up to this point, investigators have had the cooperation of the resident in the home," says Acting SSgt. Patty McCallum from the Calgary Police Service.
